Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

• Exchanges and returns are only accepted if:
  • The item received is damaged, or
  • The wrong size was delivered

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if the item received is damaged
• The item must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos)

3. Size Exchange

• If you received the wrong size or wish to exchange for another size:
  • A delivery fee of 25 AED will apply

4. Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Requests made after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted
